Love this road, which winds down the Santa Rosa Mountains towards the desert valley outside the little town of Borrego Springs, CA, about 100 miles south of Palm Springs and roughly the same distance east of San Diego.
Thousands of feet of elevation change in a matter of several miles, achieved via a countless series of twisty and hilly corners like this one.
On a clear day like this, you see the incredibly expansive view.

I've enjoyed reading the CTS Drivers' Log. Looking forward to the CTS-V Drivers' Log.

Ok a salvo of questions I'm pretty sure you guys aren't aloud to answer yet. Will the CTS-V have this so called "LSA" motor? Will it be offered in automatic and manual options? Will it be RWD or AWD? Finally will it really "suck the doors off" the M5? If so. Who do I make the check out to?

Yesterday I was on HWY 321 heading into the North Carolina Mountains when on the side of the road I saw a 08 CTS. It looked like you guys were doing a tire change test.. Great looking car!
