Cadillac began the V-Series only a few years ago. The first CTS-V was the inaugural V-Series car, beginning as a 2004 model. But even in this relatively short time span, it's nice to see that a bit of a community of Cadillac V-Series enthusiasts is emerging. In case that describes you, I thought we'd mention some other sites built by friends of ours where we hear that enthusiasts gather.

A couple of fine examples are Cadillacfaq and Caddyedge. Please place your own comment in this forum to suggest your favorite sites.

The caddyedge.com is a great website to visit, all kinds of news and info on the new CTS Coupe.

thanks

The CTS coupe is looking great. I hope the Cadillac team is making progress on reducing weight, and working to offer features like AWD, DI and the 6 speed manual TOGETHER in a performance package. That would truly set it apart from the sedan, and frankly it would be the only way I'd really consider buying the car. This may take a while to convince the better half, so please let me know if I should get started.

I read on cnn that Liz Pilibosian, chief engineer for the 2008 Cadillac CTS, said she believes "when you make a car for a woman, you are going to satisfy everybody."

This is not true in my experience (though I will grant it might apply better to Cadillac's market). Appealing to women buyers was why they crippled the Mustang's suspension. When I 'corrected' mine to a level of handling I could appreciate, women passengers reammarked (sadly, Dannica Patrick wasn't one of them) "you mean you made it this way on purpose?"
The difference to me was in what the car could do in a turn. My male friends appreciated that. My female friends did not.

I have to say I prefer CadillacVforums.com myself... but I amy be a bit biassed.

both are good sites :)
