The new CTS is awesome! I'm glad that GM is finally keeping up with the foreign automakers as far as design, style, quality, and several other amazing toys on the inside. I can truly say that I would not drive anything else and I am persuading all my students to buy a GM vehicle when they graduate from college and buy their first car.

Rand, this car competes with the M5, only at a much more affordable price.

It's great to see GM finally produce a car that can compete with the BMW M3 and the Mercedes C63 AMG. Those two cars were recently compared on "Top Gear", perhaps they will get a chance to try out a "V" on the show.
Just remember "V" stands for VICTORY.
Note to Marshall: The CTS was redone in '08 so I would not expect the '09 to be much different - except of course for the V.

I am disapointed at the rate at which you folks blog, provide information and answer questions. Less than one blog a week. no information about the '09 CTS (not the V) and about 35 unanswered questions in the previous comments sections.
